Due to products being printed on demand, we do not offer refunds or complete returns and sales are final. In the event of a lost package, sizing discrepancy, and product issue, we do offer exchanges and/or replacements. See below for further details or email us at email@example.com.
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send out a replacement. Replacement orders can only be made if the tracking data does not show ‘delivered’ or ‘Return To Sender’.
If it is a sizing issue we will offer one time free size replacement 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order. Contact email@example.com to coordinate this exchange.
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of what the customer received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement
We never need anything sent back to us, we only need a picture for QC purposes. US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.
What we need to make a replacement order:
1. Please provide the customer name and email.
2. Please provide the order number
3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.
4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
