RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to products being printed or handmade on demand, we do not offer refunds or complete returns, and sales are final.  In the event of a lost package, sizing discrepancy for tees or tanks, or product manufacturing issue, we do offer exchanges and/or replacements.  See below for further details or email us at jason@primaldomain.com.

LOST PACKAGE
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit contact us at 
jason@primaldomain.com and we will send out a replacement with no additional charge for you.  Replacement orders can only be made if the tracking data does not show ‘delivered’ or ‘Return To Sender’.

PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic, or other manufacturing mishap, just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement.

We never need products sent back to us, we only need a picture for QC purposes. US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date to get a replacement.

What we need to make a replacement order:

1. Please provide your name and email.

2. Please provide the order number.

3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item.

4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
